With the new online claims notification form available at Malayan’s official website, policyholders may now inform MICO that a claim is being filed, which facilitates the claim making process. Through this online platform, the policyholder would only need to fill-out an online form to notify MICO regarding a claim request, which is much faster than the previous practice where they would personally go to Malayan offices or branch.
