A Malayali start-up entrepreneur Sanju Sony Kurian made it to the prestigious Forbes influential persons ‘Under 30’ in Asia. Mavelikkara native Sanju is the co-founder and chief technology officer of the crypto exchange ‘vauld.com’ headquartered in Singapore. He established Vauld along with his friend Darshan Batija in 2018. Vauld is a platform for purchasing and selling digital cryptocurrencies. Within this short term, Vauld has managed to obtain a capital investment of Rs 200 crore from Peter Thiel, founder of PayPal which is one of the largest online payment processors in the world.
