MANILA, Philippines – A fire damaged three warehouses in an industrial area in Barangay Potrero, Malabon City, before being declared under control, the Bureau of Fire Protection Malabon City said Monday night. Eduardo Loon, made the declaration at 9:42 p.m., or over 18 hours after the fire department declared a fourth alarm.
