You don’t need much. They don’t need to be native species, they can be anything you like the look of. Grease and line the base and side of a 23cm spring-form cake tin. Scrape the batter into the cake tin and spread out evenly with a spoon or offset spatula. Release the side of the cake tin and remove baking paper from the side.
