I would, therefore, like to congratulate Jane Nana Opoku-Agyemang and quickly add that she is a courageous Fante. She follows the late Arkaah, the late Mills and the late Amissah-Arthur. Vice President Arkaah was the first vice president in the Fourth Republic. Unfortunately, Vice President Arkaah was the first to depart from life in 2001 following a catalogue of regrettable incidents. Like the late President Mills, the late Amissah-Arthur had unbelievable morals.
