MANILA, Philippines — The Makabayan bloc of the House of Representatives is seeking an investigation on the “merciless killing” of Anakpawis chairperson and National Democratic Front of the Philippines (NDFP) peace consultant Randall Echanis. 1131, a copy of which was sent to the media on Monday, directs the Committee on Human Rights to conduct the said investigation, in aid of legislation.
