Majority agree with opposition's plan to censure govt: PollA majority of people agree with the opposition's plan to censure the government in parliament but hold mixed opinions on the outcome of the no-confidence vote, according to an opinion survey by the National Institute for Development Administration, or Nida Poll. Asked whether they would agree if the opposition seeks to censure the entire government, 51.61% of the respondents said they fully agree with it and 20.22% moderately agree with it. - 1.97% thought some opposition MPs would turn out to be "cobras" by voting for the government. Asked to predict the outcome in case the individual ministers are censured, the answers varied:- 24.31% said the censured ministers would remain in their positions. - 1.73% believed some opposition MPs would vote for the censured ministers or abstain from voting.
