The judge has ordered the court registry to serve both the prosecution and Attorney General’s Department with copies of the autopsy report for direction. The court in October ordered the Pathologist Department at 37 Military Hospital to furnish the Director-General of CID with the autopsy report of Major Maxwell Mahama. The Head of Pathology Department at 37 Military Hospital, Dr Lawrence Adusei in October, told the Court that the full autopsy report will be ready by today, November, 23. Dr Adusei told the court that he needed some crime scene experts, pictures, and ballistic experts to conclude his report.
