After three years resolving title issues for a 57-lot Greytown subdivision, South Wairarapa council officially agrees to its sale. The man behind the development, James Thyne of Hillview Property Investments, said passing this final hurdle was a "huge milestone" in the project which could start construction early in the New Year. "I'm looking forward to getting on and completing what should be quite an attractive large-scale development for Greytown."
