DHAKA, Oct 10, 2024 (BSS) – Primary and Mass Education Adviser Prof. Dr. Bidhan Ranjan Roy Podder today stressed on maintaining religious harmony aimed at building a prosperous Bangladesh. “It is possible to build a prosperous Bangladesh if we can uphold the cultural traditions by maintaining religious harmony in the country,” he said. Noting that people of Bangladesh have been living in harmony for a long time, Podder said Hindu-Buddhist-Christian and Muslims have been celebrating their respective religious festivals in festive moods and religious fervor. “Bangladesh is a country of communal harmony. If we can maintain the social harmony, the miscreants cannot cause any harm to us,” he added.
