He was addressing women trainee constables at their Passing Out Parade at Raja Bahadur Venkata Rama Reddy Telangana State Police Academy. With 452 cadets of Civil and 283 cadets of Armed Reserve, this was the biggest batch of woman constable trainees in Telangana since inception. “Infuse confidence among people, especially women,” Mr. Reddy said. He congratulated TSPA Director Jitender for making the academy an institution of excellence.
