Stadler is the former chef and co-owner of Brunswick restaurants Tao Yuan, ZaoZe Cafe and Portland’s Bao Bao Dumpling House. Stadler was named a Food & Wine magazine Best New Chef in 2014, and was nominated multiple times for a James Beard Rising Star Chef award. “America’s Culinary Cup” is hosted by Padma Lakshmi.
