KARACHI: Union Council Nazim Rahim Shah, who is the main accused in the murder of Jeay Sindh Tehreek’s Karachi President Irshad Ranjhani, was arrested on Monday. Shaikh said that even if it was an act of self-defence, it was mandatory to shift him to a hospital. It was further reported that police is also “contemplating taking action against bystanders of the incident”. “I want you to keep posting day-to-day progress of the case to me,” the CM told the IGP. Moreover, CM Murad also ordered the provincial IGP to intensify targeted operations against outlaws and criminals in the city.
