Metropolis, who made 246 in their first innings before Sylhet posted 319, started the day on 9/0 in their second innings and were in a spot of bother as they lost for wickets for 74, leading by just one run. But Mahmudullah anchored one side and steered his side to 225/6 at stumps facing 195 balls in a cautious innings.
