Photo: Getty ImagesNew Zealand made steady progress through the second session of the fourth day's play against Bangledesh at the Basin Reserve today until the arrival of Mahmudullah at the bowling crease late on. In the space of five balls the middle order batsman and occasional offspinner, removed two batsmen to put a bit of life into the session. Bangladesh journalists wondered why he'd been kept back so long, as his golden arm certainly moved the game on. Allrounder Mitchell Santner is on 49, one shy of what would be his second test 50, and Neil Wagner is on seven. Kamrul, Shakib and Mahmudullah all had two wickets apiece, while Tamim and Subashis Roy had one each.
