Photo: PTIBengaluru: Mahindra Electric, part of Mahindra Group, on Monday announced the launch of its new electric car ‘e2oPlus’ priced between Rs.6.73 lakh and Rs.9.51 lakh (ex-showroom Bengaluru). On a full charge, the Mahindra e2oPlus can travel for up to 140 km and can achieve a top-speed of 85kmph, a top company official said. “There has never been a better time to embrace electric vehicles as it not only serves the purpose of a smart city car, but also fulfils the need to contribute positively to the environment,” Mahindra Electric CEO-designate Mahesh Babu noted.
