Yesterday, it was reported that Mahesh Bhatt received a phone call from an individual asking for Rs 50 lakh. If Mr Bhatt failed to pay the sum, the man threatened to kill Mahesh Bhatt's wife Soni Razdan and daughter Alia Bhatt. Mahesh Bhatt received the first call from Sahu on February 26. After numerous other calls, text messages and Whatsapp messages as well, Mahesh Bhatt contacted the police.
