Devendra Fadnavis, chief minister of Maharashtra, is all set to contest from Nagpur South West seat in the upcoming state assembly election, scheduled to take place on October 21. Fadnavis is contesting from Nagpur South-West seat after a successful term as Maharashtra Chief Minister. He will be the second chief minister of Maharashtra after former CM Vasantrao Naik who is completing his full tenure. In 2014 polls, Fadnavis won with a margin of 59,000 after he defeated Congress candidate Praful Gudadhe Patil.
