It was Kasipul constituency that was ranked first nationally in the prudent use of CDF funds, the funds national management has clarified. National Government CDF CEO Yusuf Mbuno said Kabondo Kasipul, initially reported in various media outlets as the best, did not feature anywhere in the top 20. “Yes, its true that the constituency that was ranked the best in the country is Kasipul that is headed by Oyugi Magwanga,”Mbuno told the Star yesterday. The second best constituency nationally was Kibra, under the stewardship of MP Ken Okoth. Embakasi West, Matungu, Mathare, Kitui West and Kitui Central closed the top seven.
