MANILA, Philippines—A magnitude 4.2 earthquake struck Surigao del Norte anew on Saturday, the Philippine Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said. ADVERTISEMENTThe quake’s epicenter was recorded at 65 kilometers southeast of the municipality of General Luna, and was of tectonic origin. The quake struck at 7:10 a.m., and had a depth of 7 kilometers (km), Phivolcs said.
