Photo: Cormac MacMahon/PA WireThe Connemara Mountains on the west coast have been transformed in celebration of St Patrick's Day, with a stunning light artwork by Finnish artist Kari Kola. Starting tomorrow, the mountains will be illuminated in a dazzling light display as part of the Galway 2020 European Capital of Culture celebrations. For four days, a massive 6,000,000 square-metre section of the mountains will be lit up in green to celebrate both the national holiday of St Patrick's Day and the Galway 2020 theme of landscape.
