An Onehunga woman has been found not guilty of murdering her 4-year-old daughter on the grounds of insanity. Sen burst into tears when Justice Matthew Downs ruled that the only reasonable verdict was not guilty by reason of insanity. She believed if she killed her daughter her daughter would die an innocent and accepted into heaven. Justice Matthew Downs concluded Sen was not guilty for the death of Maggie. "I accept the only reasonable verdict is one of not guilty by reason of insanity," he said.
