Madonna suffered an epic fashion fail at a top runway show yesterday when she accidentally flashed a nipple in a see-through top. The veteran pop star attended New York Fashion week with her daughter Lourdes, but the singer’s saucy outfit left her a little over-exposed. Madonna headed to the Big Apple’s premiere style gathering wearing a sexy black outfit featuring sheer fabric over a black bra top. However, Madonna appeared to make a boob of herself when she leaned forward to rest her head on the teenager’s shoulder. The teen looked less than impressed, and leaned her face against her hand as her mother cuddled up to her.
