Madinaty and Al Rehab, affiliated to Talaat Moustafa Holding Group, topped the most requested real estate projects on the online advertising platform OLX Egypt. Madinaty and Al Rehab came at the forefront of the most demanded areas for buying residential or commercial real estate, on the OLX platform last August. Madinaty project ranked first with an application volume of 16,557 applications, Al Rehab project came in third place, with an application volume of 6,103 applications. It is worth noting that, the cities of Madinaty and Al Rehab are distinguished by being integrated urban communities with services that achieve the highest levels of luxury, privacy and security for their residents. Also, integrated commercial centers, recreational areas, golf courses, and other sports fields, as well as government services, security services, internal and external transportation, and environmentally friendly services.
