It also may leave Macdonald with the distinction of winning a world title before a New Zealand one having finished third at the national championships in 2017. “Happy to get two more wins in the bag and taking the championship points lead into the final round in France,” Macdonald said. Macdonald bounced back to finished second in a race in Italy during round five in June and now two race wins in the Czech Republic have him on the verge of a world title.
