According to a statement issued by the company, there will be intermittent disruptions to data services between 12:00am midnight to 1:00am. “This activity will enhance the quality of our data services and MTN sincerely apologizes for the inconvenience,” the statement noted. Last month, subscribers of the MTN faced disruptions with regards to mobile data connectivity across Ghana and many areas in West Africa as a result of a double undersea fibre optic cable cut in its network. The Consumer Rights Protection Agency suggested MTN compensate its subscribers for the service disruptions.
