KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) leader Shahid Pasha has reportedly returned to the party headquarters in Karachi’s Bahadurabad area, after his “forced disappearance” for the last 24 days. Pasha met with Amir Khan and other party leaders and apprised them about his ‘forced disappearance’ after suddenly turning up at the MQM-P head-office on Monday night. Other party leaders also avoided commenting on the episode on the occasion. She said the personnel took away Pasha and his driver, who was later released, but her husband did not return home. The Artillery Maidan police had booked Pasha along with other party leaders on allegations of facilitating Altaf’s controversial speech delivered outside the Karachi Press Club and for praising its content.
