The Clerk of the National Assembly Michael Sialai said all MPs have been invited and they expect a 100 percent turnout. “It is important to teach our MPs how to relate with ambassadors whenever they are outside the country,” said Sialai. ETIQUETTEProfessor Okoth Okombo from the University of Nairobi will address the MPs on etiquette, decorum and public relations. The 12th Parliament has 180 newly elected MPs who will benefit from the induction course as they may have no background knowledge in legislation.
