The National Assembly had moved to the Court of Appeal after Justice Mwita stopped their probe. According to the MPs, the move amounted to muzzling the legislature and an affront on separation of powers. He said Mr Ouko will not suffer any prejudice by appearing before the committee to respond to the allegations against him.
