The Manila Police District (MPD) has advised motorists to take alternate routes on Dec. 31 due to the thanksgiving procession of the Black Nazarene. ADVERTISEMENTMotorists coming from A. Mendoza St. bound for Quezon Boulevard are advised to turn right to Fugoso Street and then left to Rizal Avenue. Those traveling eastbound lane of C.M. Recto Avenue from Divisoria are advised to turn right to Rizal Avenue. Loyola Street from Balic-Balic area bound for Quiapo are advised to turn right to Recto Avenue.
