He added that failing to honour that promise would betray the trust the electorate placed in the party. “Road construction was a central campaign promise before the 2024 elections. The situation is unbearable for our people,” he lamented, warning that without urgent action, the party risks losing the seat in 2028. He emphasised that the NDC’s political future in Akrofuom hinges on delivering this promise, calling it a “make-or-break” matter ahead of the 2028 elections.
