General News of Friday, 3 January 2020Source: Graphic.com.ghMP for Tema West gives out 10 saloon carsMP for Tema West (right) handing over a key to one of the beneficiariesThe Member of Parliament (MP) for the Tema West Constituency, Mr Kingsley Carlos Ahenkorah has presented saloon cars to 10 polling station executives in the constituency. The beneficiaries were drawn from the Railways, Kaizer, Kassadjan, Halcrow, Dzata-Bu, Wolei, Sakumono-Estates, Baatsonaa, Lashibi, Klagon and Adjei-Kojo electoral areas which constitute the constituency. “The gesture is to see how we can positively impact the lives of the constituents. Mr Ahenkorah explained that the presentation of the cars was in fulfilment of his campaign promise during the 2016 electioneering. The minister gave an assurance that deteriorated roads in the area would be rehabilitated to ease the burden on the driving public.
