Mombasa Governor Hassan Joho has come under heavy criticism for accompanying Cord leader Raila Odinga on his recent national tours. Joho recently accompanied Raila to a burial ceremony of three Cord supporters who died during the anti-IEBC protests before heading to Garissa for a political rally. Addressing residents at Likoni Caltex ground on Thursday, Likoni MP Masoud Mwahima said that instead of looking for ways to develop the county, the county boss has turned into a tourist who is rarely in office. A leader who is rarely in office does not deserve to be called one because he has no time for the people who elected him into office. He seems to be absconding his duties,” said Mwahima.
