A three-year-old boy who had fallen into a 150-feet deep borewell in a village near Gwalior died on Saturday allegedly due to suffocation, police said. Doctors said that he died due to suffocation after falling into the borewell,” Gwalior Collector Dr Sanjay Goyal said. Eyewitnesses claimed that the kid fell into the borewell while returning home along with his grandmother and elder sister. The Collector informed that the boy was taken out after nearly 22 hours of rescue oepration. He died due to suffocation,” said Gwalior SP Hari Narayanchari Mishra.
