In a letter addressed to the National Assembly leader of the Minority Party Opiyo Wandayi, the Registrar of Political Parties Anne Nderitu said the Kenya Union Party is not a member of the Kenya Kwanza Alliance coalition. However, the letter dated April 25 has jolted Kenya Kwanza with Pkosing, who is a member of the Kenya Union Party, set to sit in for Azimio in the bipartisan team. ''The office has no official record of any coalition agreement between the Kenya Union Party and the Kenya Kwanza Alliance," the letter reads in part. Wandayi had written to the registrar of parties inquiring if the Kenya Union Party has a coalition agreement with Kenya kwanza. Kenya kwanza had asked that Pkosing be pulled our of the bipartisan talks ostensibly because he is a member of a party that has coalition agreement with Kenya Kwanza.
