Kimilili MP Didmus Barasa has mourned his communications officer Tony Omondi. In a statement on Monday, Barasa described Omondi as a dear friend and a talented person. "My deepest condolences to all my fans for the loss of Tony Omondi, my communication officer and dear friend," he said. Acknowledging the vacant left in their lives after Omondi's passing, Barasa urged those who knew him to honour his memory and support each other in their sorrow. Omondi worked with Nation Media Group as a photojournalist prior to working for Barasa.
