Liberal Democrat MP Chuka Umunna appeared to momentarily forget which party he represents during a live television interview. In the broadcast on BBC News about the upcoming December 12 election, Mr Umunna is talking about action on climate change and how important it is to the Liberal Democrats. After disastrous election results, where Change UK failed to make any real gains at all but the Liberal Democrats came second to the Brexit Party, Mr Umunna went independent. The former spokesman for Change UK then joined Jo Swinson's party in June, his third political party in four months. Mr Umunna will not stand in his Streatham seat in the upcoming election but will try and usurp the Tories in The Cities of London & Westminster.
