MOPC hosts night with Justice ReyesMANILA, Philippines — The Manila Overseas Press Club is inviting MOPC members and guests to a Feb. 19 assembly with former Supreme Court Justice Andres Reyes Jr.Reyes, chairman of the Independent Commission for Infrastructure, will discuss geopolitics and the future of the ICI, a body probing anomalous flood control deals.
