The Man-Made River Authority (MMRA) has warned of the breaks in water supplies on Tripoli and the entire western region as a result of the continuing power outages on the well fields. The MMRA explained in a statement Friday that the fields of water wells in Al-Hasawneh System experienced a two-day power outage from Thursday to Friday, which will have its impact on the flow of water, noting that the continued power cuts might lead to a complete halt in the pumping of water.
