Share TweetBy Gabriela BaronThe Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) warned commuters and motorists to expect heavy traffic on Thursday due to traffic simulation for the 2019 Southeast Asian (SEA) Games. The simulation will begin from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.Convoys will come from hotels in Tagaytay, Pasay, and Manila and will traverse EDSA, North Luzon Expressway (NLEX), and other main roads in Metro Manila before heading to the Philippine Arena in Bulacan. Here is the list of the roads that will be affected by the simulation:EDSA Northbound laneMindanao AvenueNorth AvenueQuirino AvenuePasay AvenueTaft AvenueMagallanesSouth Luzon Expressway (SLEX)North Luzon Expressway (NLEX)The MMDA will also implement the Stop-and-Go scheme for the affected roads in Metro Manila. No special lanes will be provided, convoys will pass through the yellow lane and no roads will be closed during the simulation.
