CYBERJAYA: The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) has formed a dedicated group within its cybercrime committee together with the police to investigate the viral sex video implicating a minister and a deputy minister's aide. The committee is made up of an executive group, co-headed by Al-Ishsal, and a technical group, which has been investigating the video since receiving a report on Tuesday (June 11). The MCMC has also taken measures to block sites showing the video since Tuesday. On Wednesday (June 12), Haziq Abdullah Abdul Aziz admitted that he was the other individual seen in the sex video, which has been making its rounds on social media and WhatsApp. Haziq is also the senior private secretary to Deputy Primary Industries and Commodities Minister Datuk Seri Shamsul Iskandar Mohd Akin.
