PBIT Chief Executive Officer Jahanzeb Burana claimed that a transaction department had recently been established at the board to identify the potential investment projects for local investors. He invited the investors to invest in these projects and take full benefit of the rapidly improving investment climate in Punjab. The MCCI president said the government should implement policy reforms, provide institutional support, offer incentives and prepare financing modalities to bolster private sector participation in financing, developing and managing the future investment projects.
