Its director-general, Datuk Seri Mohd Shuhaily Mohd Zain, said the Public Service Department (PSD) is refining the service scheme and staffing plans before submitting them to Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim for approval. "The service scheme is being refined by PSD before submission to the prime minister for approval in the near future. Shuhaily said MCBA also needs the expertise of police in investigations, operations and prosecutions to strengthen the efficiency of its investigating officers.
