PETALING JAYA: MCA has reiterated its challenge for Lim Guan Eng to debate with Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong on the Penang undersea tunnel project. MCA Publicity Spokesman Datuk Seri Ti Lian Ker said the Penang chief minister had been evading all questions posed by Dr Wee on the controversial project. Dr Wee, who is MCA deputy president, had challenged Lim to a debate over the Penang undersea tunnel project on March 5. Ti said it is unfitting for Lim to debate Liow as Lim is "saddled with a corruption charge". "The MCA president will consider Guan Eng's proposal for a debate once he has redeemed himself of any wrongdoings," he added.
