PETALING JAYA: DAP veteran Lim Kit Siang (pic) should apologise to MCA president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai for misleading the public over the cancelled Better Beer Festival 2017, said Datuk Seri Ti Lian Ker. "Meantime, I call upon Lim to apologise to Liow now that he's being vindicated," said Ti in a statement on Saturday. Ti subsequently called on the police to have a "closer look" at Lim's remarks, which he deemed as provocative. Earlier, Liow had called upon Lim to withdraw his remarks and to apologise for misleading the people about the ban and MCA's role in the issue of the Better Beer Festival 2017. The Better Beer Festival 2017 was initially set to be held on Oct 6 and 7 at the Publika Shopping Gallery, Kuala Lumpur.
