For to me this truth is self-evident: that as fans we have the ability and means to make our club self-reliant. I am not talking about club membership for that’s a different kettle of fish altogether. What I am talking about is that we have the fans commit to give a certain amount monthly to the club’s kitty. Collated and pulled together, I am confident that the amounts so raised are enough to run the club’s operation and some more. But all said and done, we must make accountability a par for the course if we want to take our club forward.
