THE Ipoh City Council (MBI) is still trying to get an allocation from the Malaysian Road Records Information System (Marris) to fix the damaged roads at the IGB Industrial Park. Ipoh City Councillor Low Guo Nan said said the MBI had submitted the application for the money earlier this year but has yet to receive it. StarMetro reported earlier this week that people working and visiting the industrial area have to contend with deep potholes and gravel roads in the area. Low said he was aware of the road conditions there even before he became a city councillor earlier this year. “Now that I am the city councillor, I will do my best to get the road conditions fixed,” he added.
