PUTRAJAYA: The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) will investigate claims that certain enforcement authorities are on the take and protecting illegal businesses in Sungai Buloh. Its deputy chief commissioner Datuk Seri Ahmad Khusairi Yahaya said that MACC seriously viewed the allegations that went viral on social media. "He (Zamri) informed the MACC that action would be taken against premises which carry out illegal gambling. "Our focus will be on officers and personnel who accept bribes from illegal businesses in Sungai Buloh," he said. Videos have gone viral recently about allegedly rampant sale of illicit cigarettes and illegal gambling activities in Sungai Buloh.
