KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) chief commissioner has resigned. A source from the MACC said Tan Sri Dzulkifli Ahmad resigned this morning, confirming that the latter had sent in his letter of resignation to chief secretary to the government Tan Sri Dr Ali Hamsa at 8am. The source added that Dzulkifli handed in a one month's notice. Asked if Dzulkifli will be vacating his office today, the source said it is not likely. Dzulkifli, 50, was appointed to head MACC on Aug 1, 2016 to replace Tan Sri Abu Kassim Mohamed.
