Some 100 officers and staff, including Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) director Datuk Sazali Salbi, kicked-off their one day tour at 7.30am, here, today from the Sabah Federal Government Administration Complex. The graft-busters will spend about two hours at each stop to meet the people and to explain their roles in assisting MACC. “We have received quality information and we need more of them to come forward to furnish us (quality information). “However, sometimes the type of information that we receive is not related to MACC role but other function and offences. Sazali said the Kejar 2017 programme is aimed at changing the mind-set of the people, who could not care less about corruption.
